Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect emails from one e-mail account to another, create mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail accounts against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming emails according to certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will do the rest.
